Across York Region, September 25th –29th was “Safety Awareness Week”. We practiced emergency procedures to familiarize staff and students with the precautionary steps to take should a situation arise (i.e. warning of severe weather; an intruder; evacuation). Throughout the year, practice drills will be initiated to ensure our school community can respond appropriately in the event of an emergency.
We Day 2017 was an amazing and inspiring event. We all are so happy that we were granted the opportunity to attend this one in a lifetime experience.
